To ensure a relaxing environment, please silence your cell phone before entering the studio. Children and multiple guests are not allowed in the studio for safety and security reasons, this is your time to relax and unwind. As I am a solo esthetician, the door will remain locked until five minutes before your appointment.


When booking online you are requesting an appointment, meaning these requests can be denied or rescheduled. If there is an issue with the appointment you requested, I will contact you as soon as possible. For last-minute appointments, please call or text. Credit card information is required to request and hold an appointment spot, even if you have already prepaid for a service, no exceptions. By booking an appointment online you are agreeing to the cancellation policy.


Refer a friend and you'll both receive $15 off your next service. Cannot be used on gift certificates or on clients who are brought in with gift certificates.

I require a credit card on file to hold your appointment. If you want to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must do so 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment or are 15 minutes or more late to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service cost. If you no-show, no-call  you will be charged 100% of the original service cost or one of your package services will be forfeit.

If you booked services that are two hours or longer I require a notice of 48 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule. This includes multiple guests that have scheduled together.

As Lumos is run by a solo esthetician, your appointment time is set aside specially for you. When you late cancel or don't show up to your appointment, it's not possible to fill that appointment slot. 


When your appointment is accepted you will receive a text and/or email notification with the service you booked and the time of your appointment. You'll receive a text/email 72 hours prior with a link to confirm your appointment and a reminder will be sent out 24 hours before your appointment is scheduled to begin. 


Gift certificates are redeemable at face value and cannot be used toward gratuities. Cannot be exchanged for cash, are non-refundable and cannot be combined with any special offers. Discounted gift certificates expire six months after purchase unless otherwise stated on the gift certificate. The amount paid never expires.


Purchases on services and packages are non-refundable. If, for some reason the service(s) you purchased are not beneficial for your skin, the amount paid can be used toward a different service/package at the discretion of the owner. Package deals of 3 expire six months from day of purchase and packages of 6 expire one year from day of purchase unless otherwise stated. The amount paid never expires. When packages expire the discount is no longer valid and the difference must be paid the day of treatment.

You may exchange an unopened and unused product for a different product within 14 days of purchase. Opened and used products are not refundable or exchangeable. If a reaction occurs using a new product, I must be notified within 24 hours, proof of reaction (pictures) and you must come in to have a skin analysis done. New products take an acclimation period. It's normal to experience flaking, some redness or dryness with active products. 


Only registered service animals are allowed in the studio. No emotional or therapy animals. We have the right to refuse service or end a service early if the animal is not well behaved. 


The studio is located south of Grossmont Center Mall on Center Dr. between Soapy Joe's gas station and Torrey Pines Bank. Look for big red numbers 8383 for the driveway as it's easily missed. The studio is at the far end of the building, second to last door on the right. When using your GPS, make sure you type in the exact address.
